I started drinking a lot of milk when I was six. I used to race motorcross as a kid and after breaking my leg I was desperate to get back to riding. People always said ‘milk makes yours bones strong’ so I started drinking lots of milk as I thought I would recover quicker and its something i’ve done ever since!
