It’s a great pleasure to announce we won race 1 at Thruxton at the weekend. A great high and positive for the team, being their first BSB win. The momentum carried on into race 2, I fought from 6th into the lead and was feeling really comfortable but unfortunately crashed out with a lap to go. I had a gap big enough not to be under pressure and I had a gap small enough not to be complacent, and I still come unstuck, so I’m still baffled by the crash but now we take the positives and move on to Cadwell Park in 2 weeks time.
