It’s great to be back on my Vision Track Ducati and to have completed a sucessful 5 days testing. We started at Monte Blanco with exactly the bike I finished Brands Hatch with last year. The set up wasn’t ideal for Monte Blanco but I wanted to start on a bike I was familiar with and that I knew, so we worked through the changes, mostly spring rates and suspension adjustments. Monte Blanco isn’t a circuit I particular love so to be fast from the start was great.
Now at Jarez, I started with the bike as it finished at Monte Blanco. Once I got up to speed (as I haven’t been here for a while) we started working on set up. I quickly felt comfortable and then we worked on trying to refine some settings and we tried some different things too. It’s great to come away top of the time sheets today, a big thanks to my guys and PBM for their hard work. I’m looking forward to Round 1 at Silverstone already.
